How to order:

• Send your list of items to order or for quotation (Item number, quantity, color….) via any of our contact channels (Email, Whatsapp..)
• Our sale-team will submit you Quotation / Pro-forma invoice for your consideration and confirmation.
• Our regular term: FOB HCMc (Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam)

How to confirm an order:

• Confirm your order by signning pro-forma invoice and send us in return.
• Enable your order by deposit as per quotation terms.

Delivery time:

• Shipping date will be confirmed to each specific order. Our standards production time is 40 – 75 days.
• With the ready stock, we can ship out in 10 days.

Minimum quantity of order:

• We do not have minimum quantity per shipment, we can ship out 1 pallet to many containers. However customers are encouraged to buy full container to save the transporting cost.

Method of payments:

• 30% of total order value is deposit for production starting.
• The balance should be settled before the shipment arrived at the destination port.

Shipping documents to be provided:

• Invoice (in triplicate)
• Packing list (in triplicate)
• Certificate of Fumigation ( ISPM 15)
• Certificate of Origin ( if required)

Document release:

• Shipping document will be posted by couriers ( DHL / FedEx / TNT) to your indicated office address or Telex Released at origin can be done upon requested.

Local charges:

• According to international trading pratice. Shipper are in charge for local charges at export port included Bill fee, Seal fee, THC. Other charges will be covered by consignee.

• As we offer FOB HCMc, customers will appoint their own forwarder to handle the shipment. 
• We can also assist Customers with forwarder introduction.
